Michaels teachings are about the depth and beauty of life, and how it links to past ways of being that are almost forgotten.
Filled with deep insite and wisdom that come from grounded real life experience.
I have attended several courses held by Michael Douglas and have long love his gentle way of walking through the world and living on the earth.
I’m beyond thrilled to find this podcast and look forward to many more episodes! I’d love to hear some about seasonal foraging for food and medicine.
Michael’s friendly and open teaching style shines, and leaves one feeling less hopeless about a really uncertain world.

You got me in the first minute! I was immediately in the forest, aware of all my senses. I LOVE this. In 9 minutes you have given me a lot to think about.
Even if tracking is not for you, being consciously more aware, more alive and more sensitive is for all of us. Without exception!
I eagerly await your next episode. Thank you
Sally Ann
