Hi I am 10 and I have a lot of anxiety 😞and when I have anxiety I just listen to this podcast I really think you should try it 🙂
I first found this podcast hoping it would help me parent my child who struggles with anxiety. Listening to it I realized I have struggled my whole life with anxiety and never knew what to call it. It's helped me understand myself and how to manage my anxiety, and when I am in a better mental state I am a better parent, wife, and human being. Ed and Renee are both so easy to listen to, and I just love this podcast ❤️
These 2 hosts are so easy to listen to and I’m in my 50’s and wish they had been around a long time ago as I have not developed the skills they talk about to get me through social situations! I’m going to share this with my teenage kids and hope they listen as they struggle with social situations too.
This helps me and I was dealing with a lot of traumatic events and I don’t have a therapist because I was kicked out of the mental health office I went to go for mental health and I see how people are really evil. I don’t trust many people again and I was just getting over my anxiety.
