I cannot express how much I appreciate this podcast - I truly love everything about it. The bite-sized episodes are perfect, the music (and Karen’s voice) is so calming, and listening to each one feels like calling in a fairy godmother when I need comfort, grounding… or simply just to pause, breathe, and realign my focus if I’m feeling overwhelmed or out of whack.

I truly like what you have to say but the continuous music being played in the background makes it hard to hear what you are saying. It is also very distracting.
This podcast is a series of beautifully written vignettes filled with gentle lessons on self love. Karen’s soft voice put to soothing background music always calms and reassures me. All the stories are candid, authentic, deeply personal, and strangely relatable.
