Ik heb nu enkele afleveringen van de podcast van Sandy beluisterd. omdat ik nu in een soortgelijk proces zit met het heden van mijn eigen trauma’s, ben ik bij haar beland. Het is tot nu toe van onschatbare waarde geweest om te horen dat er iemand is die het precies zo ervaart als ik! Zoveel steun en liefde en warmte voel ik dankzij deze podcast. Wauw wat ben je toch sterk, je mag echt zo trots zijn op jezelf wat je hier neer zet! Je gooit je hele verhaal op tafel en stelt je helemaal open, al is het maar om 1 iemand te inspireren.. Je inspireert nu al zoveel mensen en dat gaan er alleen maar meer worden dat kan niet anders. Je hebt een doel en je gaat er voor, daar kunnen veel mensen nog wat van leren. Ze geeft me het gevoel dat negatieve gedachtes en gevoelens er mogen zijn, maar dat er een manier is om hiermee om te gaan en om iets negatiefs om te kunnen zetten in iets positief. Door Sandy leer je van jezelf te houden, ze heeft veel waardevolle tips waar je echt iets mee kan!
