Ik heb met veel interesse naar de verhalen in deze zesdelige podcast geluisterd. In de podcast worden belangrijke en zware onderwerpen besproken door mensen die er direct betrokken bij zijn. Dit is goed en interessant want het gebeurt nog veel te weinig dat 1ste en 2de generatie immigranten een stem en platform krijgen. more

Ik heb geluisterd naar Hasret Emine en ik vond de persoon zelf heel interessant maar de manier van interviewen vond ik zeer matig: de interviewster benaderde mijns inziens de onderwerpen te intellectueel en rationeel. Het was bovendien duidelijk dat ze niets van de Turkse cultuur weet anders had ze die vraag over “ waarom Hasret niet Turks sprak in eerste instantie toen ze naar een Turkse supermarkt ging”, niet gesteld.
