Mike has been consistent with this for years and years now. Love hearing his digging into the past with things like old Wizard issues, and of course his takes on the insane amount of books he reads from week to week, plus what he’s been catching movie and TV wise as well.
Awful
If you are a DC comics fan and are reading the Rebirth books, you owe it to yourself to listen to this weekly podcast. Darrell and Mike have an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the DC universe, and they really add a lot of interesting information while discussing the week's books. I love listening to their thoughts after reading the books because I gain extra knowledge after every listen. I could not recommend this podcast more!
I never know what to expect with this podcast, but that doesn't stop it from being my favorite thing to listen to. You can really feel the friendship between the co-hosts.The shows were the talk are good too.
I started listening When DC rebooted and although there ain't a whole lot of DC on DC noise I am happy you guys are doing weekly reads! Thanks a lot

This podcast offers engaging conversations about comic books, popular culture, and a range of personal stories, often straying from direct comic-related discussions. The hosts share their insights on recent purchases and experiences within the comic book industry, reflecting on nostalgia and personal anecdotes that add depth to their humor-infused banter. With a mix of serious commentary about the industry and light-hearted discussions about relationships and health, the content appeals to a wide audience interested in both DC Comics and broader pop culture phenomena. It is likely to resonate with listeners who appreciate a less structured, conversational format, with a strong emphasis on friendship among the hosts.
