Долгое время думала, что мне уже ничего не поможет справиться с перееданием, не понимала откуда оно взялось, ведь раньше с такими проблемами не сталкивалась. Но в Вашем подкасте настолько интересно и просто объясняются все причины и следствия, что невозможно не замотивироваться на изменения в лучшую сторону) Спасибо Вам большое, за проделанную работу.
