Helloooo! I’m writing this because I’ve been listening since the early clone wars episodes. This is hands down my favorite podcast ever. I have nothing but good things to say about this podcast. And I have a suggestion for content and story I think y’all will find funny. First if the union goes on strike or you just decide to do a sideline of covering the books I highly recommend the Padme trilogy. I’m currently finishing it up and it’s amazing. Very female centric and empowering and queer frien... more
Hello Steph and Chris! I found your show via TikTok when you started doing your rebels coverage and immediately went back to listen to you entire backlog of episodes. When I was caught up I decided I loved it so much that I made my own Dark Side Divas Counters and re-listened to every episode. Such gems as the “Heather Counter”, “Chris’ Obi-wan beef counter” and “Fast and Furious Star Wars Counter” exist in my list. On a real note I wanted to say Thankyou so much for this wonderful safe space to... more
hi stef and chris!
i love you guys so much, this show is peak comfort content for me! i'm a big walker, so podcasts are a MUST. as a black queer girl growing up in a red state, i didn't have a lot of star wars media that i felt good engaging in, but my brother sent me the podcast about two years ago on my eighteenth birthday and i've been hooked ever since. i've been showing my dorm-mate star wars for the first time (i'm appalled she's never seen it before) and i wanted to know what yalls favor... more
I have been listening for years on and off and am enjoying the show. I also thank you for making my view on Star Wars getting less critical for example I was part of the hate crowd for acolyte I am now enjoying it and defending it for the most part still hate we didn’t get a wookie Jedi fight that isn’t mind controlled but that’s just my gripe. Still thanks for helping me get out of the phantom menace it still tempts and call me but I will do my best not to fall back into the darkness.”
