Absolutely incredible! Kama, I am so proud of you for bringing this podcast to the world for a much needed, insightful, and heartfelt conversation. As a caregiver myself, it has already profoundly made a difference in my life, helping me see a path towards my own caregiving experience as my mom‘s Parkinson’s and age related needs progresses. So thank you for doing this.🙏🏼🫶🏼❤️
Kama is so stinking inspiring and is an amazing resource for anyone who is the primary caregiver for a loved one, friend or significant other. Her wisdom and compassionate advice reminds caregivers that they are not alone.
As a care giver myself, I can relate to the topic of burn out, resentment and the need to fill your own cup first! Listening to this podcast I round myself nodding and agreeing with the advice Kama gives for self care. It is not selfish but soulfish and necessary!
I already cried listening to the show. It takes a village. So many people are involved and care. Us caregivers care so much. We bring that home with us, even if they’re not our mom or dad. Our people at home have no clue what’s going on, IF we have someone. It feels lonely on that part too. This show is going to support and give tools on coping, advice on so many different topics, and WE ARE NOT ALONE.
