  • All good things must come to an end

Really disappointed how much this show changed over the years. Tom was great as a solo act; Tom and Sarah were even better. Now we have a group D-list co-hosts that add zero value to the show, no guests, and an overwhelming ad load that for me, is nothing but the same ad over and over. The days that Tom does not co-host are utterly unlistenable. Instant skip. Jason needs to go. His shows are the absolute worst. It’s baffling that he does this professionally.

  • Political as usual

Like most tech podcasts they don’t realize there is a market they lose by getting political all the time.

Q: Can others use this setup, and is there a way to share it?
Yes, Bodie mentions a Remix feature that lets others import and adapt his prompts; you can contact him to get access and then customize for your own needs.
Vibe Coding the News - DTNS Weekend
Q: How many prompts did you set up, and is it hard to get it working?
About 17 prompts from start to finish, and they're small, verifiable changes rather than one gigantic prompt; it's doable and once you see it working, it becomes logical to extend or remix for your own use.
Vibe Coding the News - DTNS Weekend
Q: What is this system you built, and what does it do for your workflow?
It aggregates and filters news tailored to my show's topics using Lovable.ai to build apps and websites, then exports an HTML file and uses Gemini to generate show notes and art, significantly reducing the manual work involved in sourcing and organizing stories.
Motorola Razr Fold is a Noble Competitor to the Galaxy Z Fold 7 - DTNS 5269
Q: Matt writes, Hi Jason. Do you know of a good website or YouTube channel that focuses specifically on the latest things to learn how to do in Gemini?
Jason suggests YouTube creators such as Futurepedia and Jeff Su, and mentions a show called How I AI Pod, highlighting resources that cover Gemini and related models with practical workflow insights.
Spotify Embraces AI - DTNS 5264
Q: Tell us a little bit more about that.
Andy explains the spam and fraud concerns around AI-generated content, noting that while many creations are labeled or benign, there is a flood of AI-sounding content that can mislead audiences into thinking they're hearing real artists. Platforms are experimenting with labeling, filtering, and enforcement to balance discovery with safeguarding artists and consumers.
