  • All good things must come to an end

Really disappointed how much this show changed over the years. Tom was great as a solo act; Tom and Sarah were even better. Now we have a group D-list co-hosts that add zero value to the show, no guests, and an overwhelming ad load that for me, is nothing but the same ad over and over. The days that Tom does not co-host are utterly unlistenable. Instant skip. Jason needs to go. His shows are the absolute worst. It’s baffling that he does this professionally.

  • Political as usual

Like most tech podcasts they don’t realize there is a market they lose by getting political all the time.

DJI Released the Osmo Pocket 4, But Not in the US - DTNS 5249

The US AI Framework Is a Press Release - DTNS WEEKEND
Q: What would an ideal oversight structure look like to regulate AI?
Andy envisions a true AI oversight body with real authority, a dedicated budget, and a mandate to work with state regulators as a test bed until federal rules can supersede them.
The US AI Framework Is a Press Release - DTNS WEEKEND
Q: How real do you think the effects will be on state AI legislation?
He argues the framework may provoke more aggressive state actions as governors react to the framework, potentially creating a testing ground for later federal rules, but he worries this could backfire and slow or derail cohesive nationwide regulation.
The US AI Framework Is a Press Release - DTNS WEEKEND
Q: Andy, what's actually in this suggestion?
Andy explains that the framework contains broad principles and language on data centers and child protection, but crucially omits funding and a designated agency to enforce or advance it, making it largely a framework rather than a binding policy.
