It may be early in the cycle, but Liel is starting off on the right foot. This show is a welcome daily down to earth discussion about the Talmud. The host’s desire to engage with these texts and his guests in a way that is both respectful to the Talmud but also honest and contemporary makes for a short, inspiring listen.
Best Daf I've listened to so far. Rabbi Linzer stays on point and gives great context and commentary, while at the same time keeps the shiur moving. Five stars.
Well presented, clearly articulated, analytical and insightful in a way that delivers value to both the well educated (in Lemudei Kodesh) and those new to Daf Yomi. A pleasure to follow along with the text and possible in true "Torah Sh'Baal Peh" (without the text). Kol HaKavod!
The content is not bad, but it is too delayed to be useful for the Daf Yomi cycle. For example, today's dad is Berachot 18 but the podcast is only updated through Berachot 16. The podcast from OU.org is much more timely.
It is so helpful to have this podcast giving insight and clarification to my daily study. Thank you so much for providing this!
