    I’m so glad i discovered this podcast! I have been listening to all the past podcasts i possibly can wheni can. I’m a 32 year old father with depression and OCD. My wife and I have a 4.5 year old and 1.5 year old, i have been with my wife for 15 years, married for 8, we’re both tired and stressed. We love our kids to pieces but life can get hard.
