At the height of the pandemic and WFH with 2 elementary level children, I was in a bad place physically and mentally, as most of us were. I found DadBodWod over Instagram and started to see Kevin’s workouts, which then led me to this podcast. His life experience resonated with mine, so I decided to reach out. That was April 2021. In roughly 4 months I was down 25lbs and have maintained that ever since. Joining the program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and you should too.

I have not been able to relate to a trainer and podcast until now. Kevin does a great job breaking down how to be effective in a short period. The podcast has helped me realize there are hundreds if not thousands of men going through the journey of fitness and parenthood and struggling. The knowledge and advice are gold and can help any man get a jumpstart to their goals for not only fitness but life.
