許多爸媽都很在意孩子的持續性注意力，因為這跟學習有很密切的關係，4歲以下的小朋友持續性注意力大約是10分鐘到5分鐘，隨著年齡逐漸增長，持續性注意力的時間也會拉長。
爸媽該如何訓練孩子的的持續性注意力呢？以4歲以下兒童來說，訓練他們的核心肌肉的穩定度很重要，當孩子身體穩度不高，就會產生大人抱著時能穩定聽，但一旦自己坐時，就會呈現扭來扭去的狀態，當然也就無法專心，所以，要透過活動來訓練孩子背肌、肢體近端的力量。

孩子年紀越小，需要的睡眠時間越長，幼兒園考量孩子們的體力，會安排午休時間，讓孩子們在一上午的課程活動後，藉由午休時間充充電，但有些孩子似乎活力十足，對於睡午覺興趣缺缺，這時該強迫孩子午睡嗎？
不少爸媽担心孩子沒睡午覺，會影響到下午的活動，其實，3-5歲的孩子，需要睡眠時間越來越少，當上午活動量太少，或前一晚入睡時間太晚，都會影響孩子對於午睡的需求，當孩子真的不想睡午覺時，不需要強迫他，過度的要求，反而會造成另一種緊張和焦慮。事實上，孩子即使中午時沒入睡，讓他們從事靜態的活動，如閱讀、繪畫等，只... more
