張主任說，正向語言不只是「好聽的話」，而是：

✅ 0–2歲也需要運動（抬頭、翻身、爬行、坐穩都是運動！）
✅ 2歲後不只跑跳，還要加入「互動遊戲」更重要 🎈
✅ 運動不只一種，還能分成 4 大類：1️⃣移動性運動技能（爬行、走、跑，從A到B）、2️⃣平衡性運動技能（單腳站、維持姿勢）、3️⃣操作性運動技能（撕紙、丟球、接球）和4️⃣非移動性運動技能（推、拉、用力但身體不移動）
