    It’s refreshing to see a pod focused on what all companies should be focused on - the customer. Too many companies make themselves the hero. CX Passport puts that in proper order and adds a host and format that encourages learning, and fun. Great job, Rick!

    I was invited to be on Rick’s CX Passport podcast as a CX’er in transition. He had all the scheduling and logistics well planned out and communicated. We did a pre-recording session to lay out the game plan and on the day of the recording, it went very smoothly. Rick has a great style about him that puts you at ease and helps you engage with the discussion. So often in conversations people trip over each other in dialog but not in this case.
