CX Passport is a standout in a crowded space. Rick Denton has a gift for pulling out meaningful insights while keeping the vibe conversational and down-to-earth. Each episode blends practical strategy with real world stories; perfect for anyone who cares about culture, leadership, or customer experience done right.
It’s refreshing to see a pod focused on what all companies should be focused on - the customer. Too many companies make themselves the hero. CX Passport puts that in proper order and adds a host and format that encourages learning, and fun. Great job, Rick!
I was invited to be on Rick’s CX Passport podcast as a CX’er in transition. He had all the scheduling and logistics well planned out and communicated. We did a pre-recording session to lay out the game plan and on the day of the recording, it went very smoothly.
