Great podcast! I love that this podcast is a little bit different, with the dip into travel talk. It just makes it more interesting and personal. Rick Denton is a great host and asks good questions. The episodes are also a really manageable length. Definitely worth dipping into if you want to hear a range of voices across the CX space and from all over the world, too.
Really enjoy this show! It approaches CX from different points of view and has a fun travel theme that makes it fun, fresh and different from all the others.
Iâve been listening to CX Passport for years. Love the travel talk and CX insight. This is one of the gems.
CX Passport is a standout in a crowded space. Rick Denton has a gift for pulling out meaningful insights while keeping the vibe conversational and down-to-earth. Each episode blends practical strategy with real world stories; perfect for anyone who cares about culture, leadership, or customer experience done right.
Itâs refreshing to see a pod focused on what all companies should be focused on - the customer. Too many companies make themselves the hero. CX Passport puts that in proper order and adds a host and format that encourages learning, and fun. Great job, Rick!
