The Experience Equation: Why Customer Experience Is Bigger Than CX with Cory Davison
Q: Who is your role model in business?
She cites her husband, Trevor Davidson, emphasizing his leadership, commitment to clients and continuous learning as a model for effective, value-driven leadership.
AI, Not KPI: The New Customer Experience Game with Bill Staikos
Q: What skills will CX leaders need in the near future?
CX leaders should become futurists who understand consumer behavior trends and technology impacts, cultivate roles like CX engineers, and embrace human-centered design to determine when humans belong in the loop during AI-enabled experiences.
AI, Not KPI: The New Customer Experience Game with Bill Staikos
Q: How can AI change CX in a practical way for leaders?
AI can help by summarizing and connecting signals from diverse data sources, creating recommendations, and even being prescriptive at scale; this requires leaders to use judgment about what to focus on and what to ignore, while steering more of the organization toward an operating model centered on customer-led change.
AI, Not KPI: The New Customer Experience Game with Bill Staikos
Q: When you look at customer experience today, what is the biggest hard truth that companies still don't want to admit?
The industry clings to NPS as a primary KPI, but the market has moved past relying on a single score and past the narrow view of surveying; companies must acknowledge the abundance of data across many channels and focus on turning signals into actionable, prescriptive insights rather than just reporting metrics.
Unlock the Growth Hidden in Your Best Customers with Jim Tincher
Q: What is the core idea behind driving growth through customer experience?
By reframing CX to focus on growth, measuring the right hierarchy of customer engagement, and ensuring emotional moments align with operational excellence, you move customers from mere satisfaction to genuine growth and advocacy.
