Lexi does a fantastic job at being informative and relatable when it comes to all topics about mental health. They have brought on some great guests and I always feel less alone after I listen. I would definitely recommend listening!!
It’s no surprise this was my top podcast for 2022. Lexi educates about serious mental health issues and how to cope with them in a relatable non-preachy way. The guests are each from various backgrounds which gives a well rounded perspective. This show is interesting and informative while at the same time being light-hearted and enjoyable to listen to. Definitely give it a listen if you haven’t yet.
