Crushing Doubt is definitely a five-star podcast! I listen to the podcast while jogging and have gained more insight in my relationship with myself along with ways to navigate my healing and increased agility to navigate my internal responses to things. I particularly enjoy the "How To" series. Each time I listen, I continue to learn about myself which increases my acceptance of myself and grows my safe relationship with myself, which is my power. There is a lot of great information, discussion and interview about TMS and the mind-body connection to pain and other sensations to be found here.
However, the actual podcast feed has issues. Episodes are often uploaded as a large batch much later than the original release on YouTube, and some episodes are missing entirely. As someone who prefers to listen via podcast apps rather than YouTube (which is more limited), I don’t listen to this podcast as often as I otherwise would due to this.

If you are suffering from some sort of mind-body issue, this is essential listening. Dr Dan takes a listener through his whole proven process. He has a very easy going manner that is conducive to learning and as a past sufferer himself, he has the credibility to instruct such a potentially complicated topic. Even after using his system to fully recovery from shoulder pain, I look forward to listening to every episode!
