    Paris is such a warm and kind hearted person. She puts her guests at ease. Her podcasts shed light on bipolar , which she unfortunately suffers from but she also tries to remove the stigma around mental illness. Because she suffers from bipolar you know it’s first hand knowledge/ experience. One thing to note is that she has a very comforting voice and it’s easy to listen to.     Very much appreciate your tracing your depression from 14 onwards. Looking back, I believe that’s when I started feeling off. I wasn’t diagnosed until almost twenty painful and confusing years. Continually adjusting meds, hoping to feel like “me” one day. Thank you.
