Hi Angenette, I really enjoy your episodes but I’m frustrated that you still refer to Child Sex Abuse Material as Child Pornography. This is an outdated term, also implying that children are willing participants in this industry of pornography. We really need to ensure the language used around the sexual abuse of children is accurate… It is absolutely child sex abuse material and nothing less; and any other description does not represent the truth. Please, you have an audience and therefore s... more

  • Bad editing

I’m not sure who is editing this but you cannot simply post audio from a YouTube video and call it a podcast. Several minutes of footsteps running, heavy breathing and dead air does NOT make a podcast.

  • Unfollowed

This podcast consistently turns what would easily be a 5 minute update into a 30-40 minute episode by playing the same clips over & over again. Unfollowed because I’ve heard the same story/body cam video clips far too many times.

  • Angenette Levy is heavy on opinion and doesn’t seem to think anyone could ever be innocent.

As a host, she should do more research. Angenette sounds uneducated. She often is so opinionated that it’s nearly impossible to listen to what she has to say. Thank goodness the guest she has fight to relay decent messages to the audience. Her attacks on Skylar, who was a minor, leaving out that the police realized they made a mistake in her case and they asked the court to drop her charges. She keeps bringing that case up but forgets to mention that Skylar’s false confession is a direct example... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Disturbing Autopsy Reports Released in Bryan Kohberger Murders
Q: We'd love your take on the autopsy findings and whether the evidence supports more than one attacker or weapon, given what the reports describe.
Morgan explains that while the knife and the injuries are consistent with a K-bar knife, it is premature to conclude multiple attackers or weapons solely from the autopsy summaries; single-weapon scenarios can produce a wide range of injuries, and defense theories about two killers require cautious scrutiny.
Dark New Details Uncovered in Sheriff Mickey Stines Judge Killing
Q: From the defense perspective, what does the doctor's involvement and the melatonin/Benadryl use suggest about Mickey's condition at the time?
Defense counsel suggest that medical treatment and sleeplessness documented prior to the incident support the argument of an ongoing mental health crisis, which could impact both the insanity and extreme emotional distress defenses, but they acknowledge the complexity of proving such defenses in court.
Dark New Details Uncovered in Sheriff Mickey Stines Judge Killing
Q: Could the testimony from Aunt Sherry help the judge see Mickey in a different light, possibly making him bail-eligible?
The host and guests discuss that Aunt Sherry's testimony could influence whether the court perceives an altered mental state, which may support bail under a mental health defense, though prosecutors argue it does not automatically negate the seriousness of the crime.
Dad Kills Twin Baby Girl While Mom is At Work
Q: What was the ultimate legal outcome for the main subjects?
Andrew Kammerer was indicted for aggravated murder and felonious assault; Danielle Kammerer pleaded guilty to related charges, with both receiving prison sentences after later legal proceedings.
Dad Kills Twin Baby Girl While Mom is At Work
Q: How does Danielle describe the relationship and what she knew about the events?
Danielle's statements evolve under interrogation, highlighting emotional strain and the suggestion of an abusive dynamic, raising questions about knowledge of Evelyn's injuries and involvement.
