Ich höre den Podcast regelmäßig und habe mal eine Frage: gibt es schon eine Folge über Arthrose im Bezug auf die Wechseljahre? Gibt es Erfahrungen dazu, ob eine Hormontherapie in Bezug sinnvoll ist, wenn sonst keine Beschwerden bestehen.
Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen.

bisher konnte ich mich als „Teil der Zielgruppe“ mit den meisten Folgen inhaltlich identifizieren. Das hat sich schleichend geändert (hauptsächlich wegen der Themenauswahl) und mit der neuesten Folge bin ich jetzt raus. Bei Schwurbelei ist meine persönliche Schmerzgrenze überschritten…

Am Anfang war ich so enttäuscht von all meinen Ärztinnen, die mich so allein gelassen haben, ohne Ideen und Anregungen blieb ich allein mit diesem Halbwissen über das Älter werden der Frau.
Es war schon so unangenehm 🥴 und soo zermürbend.
Ich habe nun auch dank dieser tollen Gesprächspartnerinnen wechselnde Ideen 💡 in einer wechselhaften Zeit

Omg !! Ich ?? Jetzt?!?
Dieser Podcast hat mich ab der ersten Folge sowas von abgeholt.
Ich bin sooo dankbar dafür.
Ich habe viel dazu gelernt und ja , ich schmunzel bei hören ganz oft .
