All RFMC’s should do this. Hoping the next BM RFMC continues the podcast.
Great Podcast Master Chief! Some great episodes that apply beyond just the BM rating as well. Love the insight, advice, and interviews.

This podcast is invaluable for BM's. Thank you for creating this. Could you turn up the mic volume on your mixer? It seems quiet on my end with all volume maxed out. Thank you!
I have a family member joining the Coast Guard and wants to go BM rate. Their CG recruiter recommended checking out the podcast.
They Had to Go Out (a different podcast) is also an awesome podcast with interviews from current to retirees Coast Guard of various duties within Coast Guard.
Course Made Good (this podcast) is different from that one as this podcast is focused exclusively on the BM rate and heavier emphasis on current active duty BM environment.
Great podcast, thanks Master Chief!!! Most of the episodes have been applicable to all members of the Coast Guard.
