  • Candid & Blunt

I am a WVU podcast junkie. I rarely miss any of the good ones, i.e. Three Guys Before The Game, Metro news, Sportsline, Sunday Sportsline, and occasionally In The Gun. This podcast is the go to for candid and forthright commentary. Nobody knows the Mountaineers inside and out better than these guys. They occasionally get too far into the weeds, but I’m willing to listen to that to get the good stuff. Kudos to Chris and Mike.

  • Realistic and Informative

Mike and Chris do a good job and offer solid insight. 3 Guys continues to go downhill with all the Neal Brown excuses. It’s so bad it’s actually funny.

Quit making excuses for Neal Brown. That’s enough of the excuses for him.

  • Seriously?

It’s sad if this is the best WVU podcast. Proud WV born and bred gal… I expected much better.

  • Best WVU Podcast Out There

Chris and Mike are the best, and it’s not particularly close. Always the first listen among my podcasts when I see there’s a new one. Keep up the good work guys!

Rapid Reactions to the Kansas game
Q: Is Jaylen Henderson on the field for SNAP 1 next week?
Yes, I think so because if it's not working for Henderson, you can go back to Marchiol and he can get you back in the game.
Monday Morning Q&A: Life is good again!
Q: How much did this win help the healing process within the AD and boosters?
It helps more than it hurts, but significant changes are still needed to fully satisfy concerns stemming from previous losses.
Monday Morning Q&A: Life is good again!
Q: Does this win against a rival give us an overinflated sense of how good our team is?
Not necessarily; while it shows mental fortitude, the offense still has significant issues to address despite the win.
Monday Morning Q&A: Life is good again!
Q: Is it too early to start talking about changing Zach Alley's contract?
It's too early; it's just three games into the season, and he's not faced enough pressure yet to justify any contract changes.
Monday Morning Q&A: Work in progress
Q: Is there a need for a change in personnel or offensive scheme?
There won't be a change in scheme, but there may be opportunities for competition between players for the starting roles as the season progresses.
