Funny, highly entertaining, excellent world building, and great acting! Loved the plot and interactions amongst the characters. Sure, the start wasn’t perfect, by the end of S1, there were marked improvements. S2 was amazing!! Looking forward to more seasons!!

The writing is done so well I didn’t expect to get hooked so easily. I love the style choice to have little noises while two characters are talking to have it flow a lot more seamlessly that’s brilliant, such good quality for what I’m assuming is an indie production the hard work the team puts in really shows. Wonderful story, cool magical system

Loving this. The characters and world-building are crafted so well, there is drama and humour, great voice-acting and keeps me wanting more. I know it's a show I'll be able to relisten to and enjoy, too.

If you are looking for a fantasy show that brings our world seamless into an alternate world, you don‘t have to look further. This show brings you on magical journey in a world different from what we know, but still sounding familiar. Great story, amazing writing and a brilliant cast immerse you in this podcast, and lets you follow a mis-matched group of different races while they not only battle elemental forces but also try to find a common ground in their differences.

Great show, great cast. The story is unique and interesting, with characters who feel like real people and have actual growth during the course of the story.

This group of humans does podcasts really well. Give Counterbalance a listen. It's definitely worth your time.

This is shaping up to be a great podcast even in its short run so far, it was growing and refining itself.

I know Kessi is busy and had to put this on hiatus but I hope she returns to it soon.

Gave a four star rating only because I felt the voices were a touch off in cadence. Like people were speaking too fast and slightly unnaturally at first but eps 4 started to really polish that out.

Please. For the love of the gods. Edit out the heavy breathing and mouth noises. It’s like the actors are deep throating the mics at times. I had to re listen to one part to make sure there wasn’t a background orgy scene going on or something.

I am in love with this fiction drama, you can see how much though went into the world building, characters and storytelling (which is a great challenge when creating a audio fiction). Each sound tells us about the people who were recorded on the windshell; whether it’s an awkward “uhhh” or an exhausting breathing which communicates tension. I can’t wait to learn more about this diverse trio and the world itself, hopefully there will be more episodes soon.
