I would have given 5 stars, but taking off 2 stars because of Sneha’s “ptch ptch” sounds while she talks to give a dramatic impression to the listeners. You are doing a fabulous job
such a single dimensional view on career breaks. 2 men , both from Bangalore , start up or e-commerce- what’s the data points ? How about getting a view on traditional corporate sector ? What happens to scores of women who drop out of workforce due to lack of clear sabbatical policies or lack of proper implementation. How about getting more examples and more diversity in background and circumstances?
