I have enjoyed many of these episodes and have leaned a lot about NC wines in general.
High point:
I love the Wine Mouths (other than the name—you deserve a much better name) and their reviews on specific varietals.
Low point:
The entire segment should be edited and kept to under one hour including the WM portion. If there is any need to go longer (I have not seen a need yet) then break into two episodes.

The wine guys have done a great job of raising awareness of the quality NC wine. The podcast is very well polished in respect to its audio quality. The ask great questions to facilitate discussion, but many of their guests are so ready to talk about their vines and wines that the podcast writes itself.
Finally got around to listening to my 1st Cork Talk podcast last night and boy do I have some catching up to do! Definitely want to listen to them all. So much fun information to digest. I learned so many things from my 1st episode that I had never even thought about. It definitely peaked my passion for NC wine even more. Can’t wait to listen to more. Keep up the great work guys.
I love the idea of this podcast giving more attention to N.C. wines. The audio just makes it difficult to listen to.
Good content but I struggle to listen to this as the sound quality is severely lacking. This leads me to just stop listening to episodes.
