From 5 to a 1. To say the Progressive say the Bible is myth is like saying the Conservatives support transgender & want to teach it in our schools. Some things have NOTHING to do with politics & politics have no place in the church. Any church! You need to get in touch with Intelligent Design. I know as many believing scientists with major research universities & even NASA whom are strong believers in the Bible being the Word of God & Moses a real person. Science supports it. I assumed, given the description and specifically Episcopalian, the podcast would be theologically sound, smart, inclusive, and meaningful. My assumptions are genuinely realized!
These homilies are gems born of the heart of a truly contemplative soul. Fr TJ knows what he is talking about. His lessons come out of the fabric of his own life and of the people he knows. He usually has a riveting story to tell that illuminates an aspect of scripture. Together the stories and lessons of his homilies make a marvelous tapestry.
