每天，我們可能從不同的地方醒來，
我選擇在這裡——讓我的心醒來。
曾經的我心裡總覺得空空的，
一直在尋找，卻不知道在找什麼？
翻開書時，好像有一個聲音在呼喚我；
靜下來打坐時，彷彿能感受到一種安定的力量；
在作務中，慢慢看見了生命的意義。
原來，那是信仰。
它讓我找到方向，
也讓我明白，如何一步步離苦得樂，
成為我持續前行的力量。
現在的我，
願意承接人間佛教的精神，
哪怕只是一顆小小的螺絲釘，
也想為這個世界，多盡一份心力。

一直以來，我都在問自己：
如何真正幫助自己？
又如何幫助他人，離苦得樂、獲得自在？
帶著這個疑問，我來到了叢林學院。
直到有一天——
晚課後的靜坐中，🕯️
殿外傳來陣陣鐘鼓聲🔔
那一刻，我開始思維：
鼓聲，不從鼓皮來，
也不從鼓棒來，
而是因緣和合而生。
我忽然明白——
✨世間一切，皆由因緣而成
✨沒有真正固定的苦，也沒有永恆的樂
於是，我學會回到當下，
守護這一念心。 more

從小，我常跟著阿公阿媽走進寺院，
🎶法會上悠揚的梵唄、📖經本裡深奧的文字、🙏大眾虔誠的合掌，那份莊重與寧靜，讓我感受到佛教的美好。
但我也曾問自己：
什麼是佛法呢？
直到來到佛學院——
我才慢慢明白：
✨察覺每一個起心動念的善與惡，是佛法
✨生活中的因緣果報，是佛法
✨日升日落、雲卷雲舒，也在告訴我們緣起緣滅
原來，佛法不在遠方，
就在我們生活的每一刻。
慢慢地，我開始看見世界的真相，... more

下班、躺平、滑手機📱
曾經是我給自己的「快樂定課」。
但這樣的快樂，很短暫。
隔天醒來，
我甚至記不得自己看了什麼。
日復一日，
我開始問自己——
這樣的人生，意義在哪裡？
直到我來到叢林學院——
我放下手機，拿起經本📖
在誦經與課堂中，
慢慢聽見自己內心的聲音。
原來，
不需要再向外追尋快樂，
當心安住，快樂自然升起。
