  • So real & helpful

I love how Figs and Teale share their own personal experience from their marriage in such a vulnerable real way that makes it easy for me to relate. Also they weave in so many helpful educational nuggests. I’d recommend this to all couples in couples therapy, or individuals whose partners aren’t down for therapy, if you want to get the most out of the process.
