I love this podcast with real life married couples therapists Teale and Figs, who are raw and vulnerable about all of the hard parts of a relationship. I wait with baited breath for every new drop of this podcast! Teale and Figs are relatable and inspiring all at once, especially for those of us trying to navigate being a partner and a parent at the same time. Give them a try… you won’t be disappointed!!
I love how Figs and Teale share their own personal experience from their marriage in such a vulnerable real way that makes it easy for me to relate. Also they weave in so many helpful educational nuggests. I’d recommend this to all couples in couples therapy, or individuals whose partners aren’t down for therapy, if you want to get the most out of the process.
