Cold and Lonely Truth

Arthur Khachatryan
ChristianityReligion & SpiritualityReligion

Is reality made up of only things we can see or experience? Should we depend on science alone to tell us what is real? And what about the deeper things in life? Has science replaced religion? These and other questions are dealt with in this thought-provoking and thorough examination of the nature of truth, the psychology of belief, the substance of faith, the purpose of existence, scientific evidence for the existence of God, the archaeological consistency with Christianity and its historical validity. more

  • Comprehensive, engaging Christian apologetics book.

  • A Solid All-Around Resource For Every Apologist

I am honored to be a part of the Christian Apologetics Alliance, and one of the biggest honors is the ability to rub shoulders with some pretty well known and influential people. Another blessing is getting to connect with other apologists who are working hard on the ground to make a difference for the Kingdom where they are at. One such apologist whom I have come to greatly respect is Arthur Khachatryan, who serves as the webmaster of this wonderful blog. A few months ago I picked up a copy of ... more

  • Finding Truth, Proof, Hope and Joy in Jesus Christ

"The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven," so mused John Milton (Paradise Lost).Over the past few years, non-believing intellectuals have sent another wave of theories off into the halls of academia. These theories possess something of almost immeasurable intrigue: they are almost universally discordant and more importantly they offer no ultimate hope. Moreover, virtually every levelheaded person would give away all their money to be able to find real... more

  • Great read, great research

I've read a lot of books on Apologetics and some of them just seem to piggy back off of other books. This book was a nice change for me. It was easy to read yet very informing. I came across Arthur's book via Facebook and decided to just give it a shot after reading the Table of Contents online. This book covers a great majority of questions concerning apologetics, the Bible, Intelligent Design, and a lot more. I would recommend this book if you are a seeker, a full Christian, or even an at... more
