Coffee roaster across the pond here in the U.S. great learning tool I had my apprentice listen to, and also great insight from other roasters to get their own style on how they approach roasting. Great job at putting it all together!
I feel like I am right there with the roaster
I really enjoy this podcast and find the content very interesting. The host says it’s not intended as a “how-to” podcast but as a novice myself I’m learning so much. Maybe, like the host, I’m also just very curious and always in search of better understanding.
As a beginner roaster myself I love hearing about the intuition, technology and the community of fellow roasters. Therese does such a great job of not only interviewing her guests but appreciating their side of the craft. As a skillet roaster myself I would love to hear about the variances in beans as it relates to temperature, batch size, and sensory awareness. Great work. Keep it up.
What a great podcast. A really good revelation that there are many ways to roast. It’s a craft. Thanks for all the effort for such a niche market!
