I’ve been a manager for almost 15 years and have gobbled up many podcasts and books on leadership coaching and the like. After accepting a position with a new company, I wanted to make sure to go in and hit the ground running. Rory’s podcast was perfect! I binged through every episode in just a couple weeks and re-learned the most import core concepts as well as some advanced tips and tricks.
Also, I love all the references to books…it gave me many paths to continue learning.
If you’re a new leader or a seasoned leader looking to reach a new level of excellence, this podcast is for you! Rory has made coaching and being more “coach-like” his mission. He has fantastic insights and practical suggestions. And his guests are top-notch (Hello....Michael Bungay Stanier!!) Thank you, Rory!
