  • Disappointing

This started off as a useful coaching resource. It has over the subsequent series turned into a forum for coaches to tell there journey. With a few 30 second sessions thrown in as an after thought. Don’t really understand its purpose anymore.

Q: How can coaches support girls through puberty in sport?

Q: What role does variety play in keeping sessions engaging?
While variety is important, the management of competition can be an even stronger element to maintain engagement by adjusting challenges rather than simply changing practices.
