  • Hilarious, informative

Turn to them as you would to your best friends, and laugh together at the inevitable changes that come along with peri and menopause. It’s easy to get into a tizzy about how our bodies change during perimenopause and menopause — but Julia and Ellie make it better! They emphatically validate the challenges and then get you laughing about it. As a guest on on their show, I felt this completely! I’m a big fan! I also have a hand fan with me at all times. Because hot flashes.
