Just listened to the first episode and I am so happy to have found this podcast! I could relate to so many of the feelings and experience you all talked about. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences as it gives me a space to think and reflect on my relationship to faith, beliefs and god.
Love this. Also I currently go to the school you all went to. Additionally HUMMING BIRDS in the May 16th episode. They have been the same reminder for me and in times of decisions. Thank you for sharing and creating this podcast as I go through Bible college. I’m ready to challenge and find Jesus again.
Every episode I say, “omg exactly.” Affirming, educational and eye opening. I appreciate that Emily and Lauren are not afraid to go deeper and ask hard questions.
I’m 51 and clearly remember in my 20’s making my faith my own. Moving from a black and white faith to grey. This is a normal process. I’ve never been someone to consistently listen to a podcast, but this one has me looking forward to new episode Mondays and not wanting to miss a minute of it! In episode 2 alone, I loled, I grieved, and I spiraled in a really good, important way. There couldn’t be 2 better people to process this journey with humor, empathy, wisdom, and curiosity. I’m loving it!! So grateful and excited to keep listening.
