  • SEBTS podcast

This podcast is ok. I love SEBTS and I started listening to this podcast when I saw they had Daniel Darling as a guest. I was sadly disappointed. I’ve heard him on other pods and I just feel that while the interviewer is doing a good job, he could do better. Some of my questions about specific topics aren’t answered and that’s a very good way to judge the quality of an interview. Maybe it’s just me but it’s just kinda meh.

  • Excellent perspective, especially on public education

I appreciate this podcast, particularly your thoughts on K-12 education. Many Christian platforms focus on the negative side of public schools and subtly look down on parents whose kids are in public schools. God has called our family to be active and spread His light in our local public schools, and I’m thankful this podcast supports families like mine. I pray this podcast inspires others to volunteer in or enroll their children in public schools, showing compassion and spreading His love to th... more

  • Informative and Balanced

This podcast was a breath of fresh air. I was apprehensive at first that being a Southern Baptist seminary this podcast would be preachy, overly conservative, and only include their people (tribe) as guest. I could not have been more wrong. They have engaged guests and professors from varying backgrounds. The conversations have been balanced, informative, and challenging. Dr Keathley, Dr Quinn, and Nate are great hosts.

  • God centered conversations

This is what is needed. Easy to listen to with emphasis on being God-centered. If I was to be picky, I would say the only downfall is Scripture is not read often. However, just my opinion. This no star is deducted because God is mentioned in every facet of the podcast! Well done!
