I wish the app and website was consistent as this show. Very disappointing.
Trying to listen to Paul continuing to repeat the same “bowel loosening level of existential dread” line over and over was agonizing. It wasn’t funny the first time, and got more and more cringe and annoying every time he did it. The other guy doesn’t even seem to understand guillotine leagues. Over the last few episodes he has Routinely suggested to spend $50+ on very replaceable roleplaying flex type players. Ever since Guillotine Leagues was sold by Charchain to The Fantasy Life, the entire platform and experience has been garbage. My multiple leagues will be elsewhere next year. And yet, on this podcast, they don't acknowledge the platform issues whatsoever. When you're quite literally making a podcast about your own platform, the least you could do is acknowledge some of the numerous issues and provide tips for getting around them. An app and website that was not good got exponentially worse with the Fantasy Life acquisition. Paul made millions on League Safe so he’s smart in business and Chop advice, but this is the only feedback that can change things.
