ずっと読み切れなかった村上春樹さんの小説が、Audibleで「するっと」読めてめちゃくちゃ達成感がありました。
その体験から、朝活の本質＝「自分に合った方法に変えるだけで、人は動けるようになる」ことに気づきました。
