在 2025 的最後一天，想簡單回顧一下這充滿挑戰的一年，也順便聊聊我對 2026 的一些想法。
2025 對我來說工作強度很高、變動很多，也學了不少新的東西。
但更重要的是，我開始意識到，如果一直用盡全力來生活，其實真的會撐不久。
這一年我花很多時間在學怎麼照顧自己，
包含不要過度承擔、不再一直責怪自己，
也練習把注意力拉回當下，好好吃飯、好好休息。
