  • Thank you

Wes has a great finger on the pulse of the motorcycle industry. The podcast is not overly long but wonderfully informative. He gives me many points to investigate on my own and perks my interest on future purchases. Thanks again.

  • Really Easy Podcast to Listen Too

Listened to quite a few episodes now and I’ve really enjoyed it. I am one of the hosts of the HOG-POD UK and Ireland Podcast and find this one a really interesting listen. Defo worth a look, even as a huge Harley-Davidson fan myself!

  • A tough listen

The guests are interesting and Wes asks decent questions, however we are here to listen to the story the guest has to tell and could have a little less from the interviewer. The 'News' portion could be improved if it did not sound like someone reading from a page. I have listened to most of the episodes for the content but the delivery could be polished a bit.

Wayback: Clement Salvadori (Recap)
Q: So tell me a little bit about your round-the-world trip, when did you do that?
I left the State Department to ride east, traveling through Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, India, Nepal, and onward, spending months in each place with the R75 as my companion, and I found the journey to be transformative and extremely revealing about both motorcycles and people.
Touring Two-Up with Will and Mae Andalora
Q: What spares do you carry and how do you decide what to bring on a vintage airhead when you might be far from a parts shop?
I carry more spares than most; coils, rotor, diaphragm, regulator, fuel line, spark plug wires, and known-good parts from preventative maintenance so we have a higher chance of fixing things on the road.
Touring Two-Up with Will and Mae Andalora
Q: How long did it take you to refine your loadout for long trips and what did you learn about carrying two people's gear on a vintage bike?
We progressively refined our packing from our 2021 Adirondacks trip to 2024 Mount Mitchell and finally the Yellowstone trip, focusing on minimalism, weight distribution, and keeping essential gear like cooking, tents, sleeping bags, and clothing compact and balanced across panniers.
Touring Two-Up with Will and Mae Andalora
Q: Tell me a little bit about where you went and what you saw along the way and what did the trip encompass as far as just the traveling?
We left Maryland, rode for 22 days to Yellowstone and back, traversing old roads and seeing a lot of American landscapes from the Badlands to the Black Hills and Beartooth Pass, with camping in Yellowstone and flexible plans along the way.
Wayback: Peter Egan Recap
Q: What do you think about the current state of motorcycle magazines and print media?
Despite the internet, print still has a place for in-depth content, but magazines have shifted toward lifestyle and shorter formats due to online information speed; the key is embracing the strengths of print—tangible brochures, long-form road tests, and curated experiences—while adapting to digital realities.
