Finally a refreshing and practical CATHOLIC conversation about sex. Great podcast!
This podcast has been such a blessing! I’m a 20-something newlywed but started listening to this podcast well before getting married and I feel like it has given me the tools to be confident, communicative, and compassionate in our sex life. Also when things get difficult (as they inevitably do) I can always rely on an episode to help me work through it and provide me with some peace.
S*x has been the absolute biggest struggle in my marriage, and Ellen honestly is providing life changing information through her podcast and ministry. I have hope for the physical aspect in my marriage where for a long time I had none.
This show was recommended by Dr. Sarah Bartel, who runs the MyDelight sexuality course for Catholic women, and I am so impressed with both the practical and honest moral support here regarding living out authentic intimacy. There are so few resources like this sadly- hopefully Ellen and Kathleen’s work will ignite a change!
I want to learn about charting, the how to’s and don’t do’s, and many of the podcasts cover details far from this. It can be a hard listen since the women constantly laugh and giggle when it’s a legit topic. I want to be educated. I understand it’s a difficult topic sometimes but it’s not a comedy. As a woman, I was to learn and feel understood and not giggled and taken lightly.
