This is a great show driven by an insightful and inquisitive host. I'd highly recommend listening to the many different conversations about optimizing your habits to optimize your life!
The episodes are great. They are practical, straightforward, and useful. This is by far one of the best podcasts as far as how concepts are explained.

There is something on the podcast for everyone - pick an episode at random, I know there will be something in it that will both inform and entertain.
