this podcast is so calming and helps me especially in difficult circumstances in life to see clear again and focus on what really matters.
Amy has a way of explaining things in a way that makes sense ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amy’s podcasts are so clear and so grounded in common sense. She manages to explain complex, sometimes esoteric, ideas in simple language.
Even with ideas that I am familiar with from my extensive reading, I can listen to one of Amy’s podcasts on the subject and think “Ah, so that was what they meant”!
I love Amy’s podcasts…I don’t know if my brain understands all the concepts all the time but my soul does, and I’m in a good feeling when I’m listening :)
