  • Best podcast to help navigate Life

Amy has helped tremendously to see experience for what it is and what it is not. She has opened my eyes to where suffering comes from which started the journey of exploring spirituality and most certainly what we are not (all that is fleeting) and point towards what we are (that which is permanent, never born, never dies). I am a fervent listener every week. Thank you for all of the content you put out in the world!
