It keeps me in the conversation and deepens my understanding.
Amy Johnson delivers an important message to all of us about reality vs the suffering we experience when we are living in our thinking. She simplifies hard concepts into digestible pieces. Is a great listen.
I just want to say: a huge thank you to Amy. This podcast is brilliant 🤩
This podcast really looks closely at our experience of life and helps us see where we might be suffering unnecessarily. There are lot of beliefs that we take for granted, but if we just look a little closer at how things are really happening, we can see through some of these beliefs that may be causing us suffering. Amy has helped tremendously to see experience for what it is and what it is not. She has opened my eyes to where suffering comes from which started the journey of exploring spirituality and most certainly what we are not (all that is fleeting) and point towards what we are (that which is permanent, never born, never dies). I am a fervent listener every week. Thank you for all of the content you put out in the world!
