三、心念處──觀心無常
「觀心無常」，觀察我們的心念是無常的，一下想東、一下想西，不是一個永遠不變的心境。例如，本來想要誦經，誦一誦，不想誦了，想要拜佛；本來要拜八十、一百拜，拜沒多久就腰痠背痛，又不想拜佛了，就想要去打坐；結果一打坐，腿子又痠、又麻、又痛，瞌睡連連，又不想打坐了，乾脆去聽經……。心念隨著生理和外面的境界變化，這就是心念無常。社會上的人，恐怕別人不誠實、沒有信用，因此做什麼事都要寫契約，甚至還要到法院去公證。但是，就算到法院公證了，可能還是會耍賴。所以凡夫的心... more

二、受念處──觀受是苦
「色受想行識」是五陰境界。「陰」，就像太陽被雲遮蔽了。要見到太陽的光明，必須要除去雲層。五陰的境界，就要透過修觀，用觀照、思惟的方法，去除心中的五陰境界。
受陰，是五陰之一。「受」，就是感受。所謂「領納為受」，接受外面的苦樂境界而產生一種感受。譬如，天氣很冷，知道很冷，就是感受的關係；知道天氣很好、很溫暖，也是身體的感受。
受有三種：樂受、苦受、中庸受。在日常生活上，無論是生理、心理，都會有這種種感受。舉例來說，冬天天氣很冷，寒風刺骨；夏天... more

我們想要證到寂滅的境界，就必須修道，修三十七助道品為因，便能證得涅槃果德。涅槃才是真實的道，要達到涅槃的境界，用這三十七種法門：四念處、四正勤、四如意足、五根、五力、七覺支、八正道修行，幫助我們達到涅槃的境界，所以稱為「助道品」。《佛說無常經》云：「三四二五理圓明，七八能開四諦門」，「三四」為四念處、四正勤、四如意足；「二五」指的是五根、五力；「七八」是七覺支、八正道，修三十七助道品，就能開啟四諦的真理，達到涅槃之境，是聲聞乘、緣覺乘、菩薩乘三乘所共同學習。所以對三十七助道品、四... more

何謂「滅諦」？滅就是寂滅，寂是寂然不動，寂滅之道是無為的境界。師父說法，諸位聽法這念心，如如不動，就是轉識成智。過去種的不善因，今生才感不善的果報，現在就要滅除、轉化煩惱。依此修行，小乘所證的就是入到涅槃，體證寂滅；而大乘的修證就是轉煩惱成菩提，轉識成智。
