I’m excited to learn along with my reluctant 12 year old son. I meditate and am learning about my self and I know he will benefit from it too. Thank you Carly for creating this!
I have really done work as an adult to deconstruct what I have been taught in church, my childhood home, and what society has decided is normal. So as a parent, I struggle with two kids on how can I reflect my spiritual beliefs. How can I show my kids to navigate this complex world and stay centered, stay confident with who they are and….just be them! Thank you for this podcast as my kids are getting older and we listen to podcasts together, this is an amazing platform to share with them!!!!
Wish I had this when I was younger. These bite sized tools and tips are not only useful for youth, they’re great for adults too. Carly’s work is so important and I look forward to plugging in my 3 kids to get content!
Great podcast! Will be so good to keep listening with my 6 year old to help him with navigating all the big feelings. He is reluctant to take time to take deep breaths. This will give us new ways to talk about these big ideas and learn new ways to look at things.
I love this podcast - what a great way to teach our kids about the importance of mindfulness and connecting with their true selves. Such amazing lessons for us all and Carly does such a good job of expressing these ideas in easy ways for parents and kids to understand. We need more of this in the world and to raise more connected and mindful children. Love, love, love.
