FASCINATING show. The audio quality is not super great in places, and the writing has the sprawling "more is more" quality of a space opera. BUT, I found it really imaginative, super well acted, and I really wanted to know what happened next! There is a LOT of world building that's very intriguing. Definitely worth a listen if you're into dense space fantasy.

The way Cai blends religious myth and science fiction is excellent and feels effortless while the editing remains some of my favorite that I've listened to. The world building of this show is vast and incredible and I cannot wait to see what season 2 holds for this incredible universe!
