South African multi-instrumentalist Adam Stanley interviews major names from the 90s and 00s South African music scene and beyond. Caught in Time is just that - a time capsule of great music and incredible people from a totally unique rock scene in what was one of the less likely places on Earth! In these conversations, Adam tries to bottle a little bit of what made that time so special.

It was a golden era for SA, and is sorely missed in the current void of venues, bands and creativity.

Found this podcast by accident and so glad I did. Very hard to find info on SA bands from the 90s and this podcast is an excellent documentation of them. Thank you for taking the time to do this!
