Episode 152: The Secret of St. Francis That Most People Miss | Fr. Dave Pivonka

Q: What would you tell a new convert or someone who just joined this year?
Read, steep yourself in the faith for decades, and understand that the Church has 2,000 years of history; commit fully rather than half-in; embrace the process of deepening your practice through prayer, sacraments, and study.

Q: What would you tell somebody who is considering Catholicism?
If this is true, then you have to be Catholic because the incarnation shows God entering human history, founding a church, and teaching through it; accepting that is a logical step if one believes in Jesus and the authority of the Church.
