  • Catholic teaching is wrong and mostly blatant lies. Follow Jesus.

Please people do not follow these man made sacraments and doctrines. Follow the Bible. Scripture is all that matters and is all you will ever need. You do not need works or sacraments for salvation. You do not need to pray to saints or Mary. Faith in Christ is all you need. He paid it in FULL no amount of works or man made tradition is necessary or could ever earn salvation in the first place. Good works will come with a changed heart after following Christ, but it is not a requirement. I love ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#12539 Why Don’t Catholics believe in Sola Scriptura? Protestant Challenges - Karlo Broussard
Q: Why do Catholics not believe in Scripture only?
Catholics believe there are other apostolic teachings that are inspired by God and are binding on our consciences, as well as the enduring authority of the Magisterium.
#12537 Why Do We Call Mary the New Eve? Apostles and La Salette - Tim Staples
Q: How can we call Mary the Mother of God when she was asked to say yes by the angel?
Mary is called the Mother of God because she gave birth to Jesus, who is fully God. It would be heresy to deny that she is the Mother of God, as it implies questioning the divine nature of Jesus.
#12537 Why Do We Call Mary the New Eve? Apostles and La Salette - Tim Staples
Q: Is it true that the 12 stars represent the 12 apostles?
Yes, the 12 stars in Revelation 12 do represent the 12 apostles, and Mary is traditionally given the title of Queen of the Apostles.
#12537 Why Do We Call Mary the New Eve? Apostles and La Salette - Tim Staples
Q: Why do we Catholics refer to Mary as the New Eve?
Mary is referred to as the New Eve because she plays a pivotal role in salvation history, reversing the fall brought about by Eve. Unlike Eve, who disobeyed God and fell into sin, Mary accepts God's will and gives birth to Jesus, the Messiah, thus becoming the source of life for all her children.
#12538 Was Jonathan Roumie Wrong to Kneel for Communion If Others Stood? - Tom Nash
Q: Is Jonathan Roumie wrong about kneeling for communion?
The general instruction allows kneeling, and he should not be denied communion for doing so, as the church recognizes the importance of reverence in different expressions.
