I really like this podcast and the movies it covers. Listening from the start, I just wish the token female didn't talk over everyone. Hopefully gets better as the podcast matures. And it is like listening to an issue of Famous Monsters

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Castle Talk: Dan Solove, author of On Privacy and Technology
Q: What can we do to ensure that technology enhances the good while minimizing the bad?
We need effective regulation to govern technology's use and address privacy concerns proactively.
Castle Talk: Cynthia Pelayo, author of VANISHING DAUGHTERS
Q: Why this deep, deep meditation on grief?
I was struggling with the death of my father, and he and I were very close. He's my best friend, and we spent a lot of time together.
Castle Talk: Cynthia Pelayo, author of VANISHING DAUGHTERS
Q: Can you talk a little bit about how you go about weaving those?
It's definitely a challenge, but for me, at least structurally, it just makes sense. I tell people, when you're going to pick up a Cynthia Pelayo novel, you're not going to pick up something that's very traditional.
Castle Talk - Rebecca Anne Nguyen of The 23rd Hero discusses Audie Award Nomination and her process
Q: If you could give advice to your younger self or aspiring writers, what would it be?
Don't compare your work in progress to others' finished work; acknowledge that good writing takes time and many iterations to develop.
Castle Talk - Rebecca Anne Nguyen of The 23rd Hero discusses Audie Award Nomination and her process
Q: Do you see yourself continuing to narrate any of your audiobooks in the future?
Rebecca expressed interest in narrating future audiobooks, finding the process challenging yet rewarding.
